Have you seen the quote, “It’s not how you begin that counts, it’s how you finish”?
Pondering that… I said to myself… Beginning something is BIG! Like, do you know how many things can distract us from beginning? Or there is the old sabotage technique of complacency that stops us from beginning because where we are feels so gosh darn safe and comfortable that leaving this place of the known and venturing into the territory of the unknown can be a little intimidating.
So, when we get to the place of beginning a new endeavor ~ inspired to create what-ever the thing ~ what-ever the new process to shift our life to the better and better ~ We are taking a BIG bold step of belief in our desires and inspired creativity when we begin.
We all know! I know! You know! We all know, staying the course is the next challenge. We are in a new momentum creating something action step by action step. It takes many tools, wisdom words, support, and commitment to see it all through to the finish line of celebration and success.
Along the journey of our creative process we will meet up with our own versions of what is called “The Brick Wall of Frustration”. It’s place on the map where our dreams can lose our faith or it can be the place where we rally our wisdom tools and catapult ourselves past the wall and onto the finish line.
Built into the beauty of our creative expression is the wisdom of knowing how we finish honors our beginning. We might have gotten delayed, lost momentum and side-tracked in our creative process and it eases our mind to know that’s all a part of the process anyway. So, no worries! We get to push the re-start button anytime we are ready to begin again.
Our Sovereign Creative Dreamer within our being knows the essence of who we are is intimately connected to what we empower our creative expression to be. It is the task of our inner guidance to prompt us in Honoring our Beginnings by Finishing what we started.
